Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated clientelling and personalised selling both in-store and via digital channels to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Provide expert product knowledge and bespoke styling advice for skincare and beauty customers, positioning La Mer and other prestige brands with authority.
- Use store selling technology, digital outreach tools and omni-channel inventory (fleetwide) to present merchandise, close sales and process wardrobing requests.
- Achieve and manage individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and proactive follow-up.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to generate client traffic and support targeted selling campaigns.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to create a positive, customer-focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in commission-based retail sales, preferably within beauty or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable knowledge of skincare and cosmetics, with hands-on styling or consultation experience.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel retail systems.
- Motivated, target-driven and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Prior experience in commission-driven retail sales is required, ideally within beauty or luxury retail. Candidates should have a track record of meeting personal sales targets and engaging clients through both in-person and digital channels.
