Neiman Marcus (Dallas) seeks a Beauty Manager to lead Guerlain sales and clienteling on the selling floor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors to drive sales, client acquisition and event performance for the Guerlain beauty assortment.
  • Coach and develop selling behaviors, product knowledge and clienteling skills through onboarding, ongoing education and performance management.
  • Own client development strategy: maximize appointments, deepen client relationships, identify wallet-share opportunities and encourage repeat purchase.
  • Leverage technology and data to inform selling strategies, coach staff on clienteling tools and social media outreach, and deliver 24/7 service touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with store leadership and brand representatives to execute in-store events, trainings and high-impact merchandising moments.
  • Manage day-to-day selling floor operations, resolve client escalations, and participate in opening/closing procedures.
  • Recruit and develop talent; create succession plans and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury beauty retail, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse client data, sales KPIs and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills, including appointment management and post-sale outreach.
  • Excellent coaching, performance management and recruitment capabilities.
  • Flexible availability to support retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
