Neiman Marcus seeks a Beauty Manager in Boca Raton, FL to lead the Creed beauty team, drive sales and develop clienteling excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the in-store beauty sales experience for the Creed counter, driving sales, client acquisition and retention through exceptional service and event execution.
- Coach and develop a team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors; sustain high visibility on the selling floor to model selling behaviors and manage performance.
- Implement client development strategies: plan and maximize client appointments, diagnose client spend, grow wallet share and leverage referrals and social outreach.
- Drive business development through technology and data: train the team on clienteling tools, CRM, social media and SFA educational platforms to support targeted outreach and 24/7 service.
- Design and deliver ongoing product and intersell trainings; liaise with brands to execute educational and merchandising initiatives that drive key selling moments.
- Manage daily selling-floor operations, support opening/closing duties and resolve client escalations as a visible management presence.
- Recruit locally and build succession plans to identify and promote top talent within the beauty team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop talent.
- Strong clienteling and appointment-selling expertise, with familiarity using CRM and clienteling tools to drive repeat business.
- Excellent coaching, performance management and people-development skills with an inclusive leadership style.
- Proficiency using social media and digital channels to extend client relationships and support personal/brand marketing.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak selling periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of retail experience in beauty or cosmetics, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.

This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
