Neiman Marcus in Tampa seeks a Beauty Advisor (Chantecaille) to deliver luxury cosmetics consultations, clienteling and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with Neiman Marcus principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.
- Conduct professional makeup and facial treatment consultations and applications, including pre-booked facial events.
- Build and maintain client relationships and profiles using proprietary clienteling systems to drive repeat business.
- Maintain merchandising and counter standards to ensure a clean, orderly and hotel-like presentation of product.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, vendor partners, and in-store teams to support brand initiatives and promotional events.
- Participate in in-house training programs and product education to maintain brand and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably within a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating persuasive selling techniques.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and ability to maintain accurate client records.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional competency in makeup application and facial treatment consultation.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or beauty; demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and delivering consultative beauty services.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or related certification is advantageous.

This position is based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
