The role reports to the Sales Manager and includes personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals; the hourly salary range is $17.00–$25.30.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling; speak authoritatively about fashion and trends in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
- Demonstrate styling and brand expertise, using technology and wardrobing to improve sales.
- Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel capabilities, and fleetwide inventory to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop an individual business strategy to increase productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
