Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge specific to La Mer and relevant beauty categories to advise and convert clients.
- Execute omni-channel selling: use in-store digital tools, fleetwide inventory and remote outreach to drive sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic merchandising.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate intentional traffic and strengthen client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, customer-centric store environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven commission-driven retail selling experience; demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and proficiency with in-store selling technology.
- Background in styling, fashion or beauty retail preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and special events.

Retail experience in fashion or beauty with commission-based selling and demonstrated use of digital selling tools. Prior success in clienteling, styling or skincare consultation is preferred.
