Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalised, elevated selling and styling.
- Deliver product expertise for cosmetics and skincare, applying brand-led styling and wardrobing techniques.
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel inventory to close sales both in‑store and remotely.
- Conduct proactive outreach via digital tools and social media to acquire and engage clients.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic prospecting and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and store team to create a positive, service‑driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and meet sales goals; experience with commission‑based selling preferred.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and social platforms.
- Background in fashion, cosmetics, beauty or luxury retail with demonstrable styling skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and events.
