Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to Dior Beauty and Fragrances, utilizing wardrobing and technology to drive sales conversions
- Service clients both in-store and digitally using omni-channel inventory access and the latest retail technology platforms
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning
- Strategize individual productivity through wardrobing initiatives, successful outreach campaigns, and optimized technology usage
