Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized beauty consultations and elevated styling guidance
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and brand authority, leveraging technology and wardrobing strategies to maximize sales performance
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to service clients both in-person and remotely, accessing fleetwide inventory
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing benchmarks through strategic client engagement and intentional business development
- Strategize individual business growth by optimizing wardrobing practices, digital outreach effectiveness, and technology adoption
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, guide intentional store traffic, and build community around prestige beauty categories

Qualifications
- Motivated with proven ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals
- Demonstrated experience with technology platforms and digital selling tools
- Styling, fashion, and prestige beauty retail experience preferred
- Commission-based sales background
- High School Diploma or equivalent
