Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and expert styling for fragrance, skincare and beauty assortments.
- Drive sales and meet personal conversion, wardrobing and productivity goals through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and in-store technology to sell both in-person and remotely and to guide client traffic.
- Use omni-channel inventory and fleetwide inventory visibility to fulfil client needs efficiently.
- Strategize and manage an individual book of business to increase repeat sales and average transaction value.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail sales; ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and remote/omni-channel outreach.
- Background in styling, fashion or beauty retail; strong product sensibility for fragrance and skincare.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
