Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through personalised selling and exemplary customer service both in‑store and remotely.
- Deliver expert brand and product knowledge for Natura Bisse, providing styling and skincare recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Use omnichannel tools, fleetwide inventory and store digital technology to identify, present and close sales opportunities.
- Execute targeted outreach and wardrobing strategies to grow individual sales, client conversion and repeat business.
- Leverage social media and digital selling tools to generate traffic and engage clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive, client‑centric work environment and contribute to store goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty, skincare or fashion retail with commission‑based selling experience.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, social media outreach and remote client engagement.
- Demonstrated styling ability and knowledge of contemporary fashion and skincare trends.
- Motivated self‑starter with the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent and availability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Experience working in beauty, skincare or fashion retail with a track record of commission sales and using digital/omnichannel tools to engage clients and drive purchases. Prior experience with remote selling or clienteling platforms is preferred.
