Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver expert product styling and brand advice; use wardrobing techniques to increase ticket size and client satisfaction.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools, fleetwide inventory and in-store digital technology to identify, present and close sales opportunities.
- Execute targeted outreach using digital selling tools and social media to drive traffic and conversion.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; track and strategize own business performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling or beauty sales roles
- Experience using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach
- Demonstrable styling, fashion or beauty retail experience with strong brand knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability to support retail hours and peak selling periods

Experience
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics or fashion retail sales with demonstrated performance in commission-driven roles and familiarity with digital/remote selling channels.
