Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized, elevated selling both in-store and via digital channels.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients on product selection and wardrobe solutions (wardrobing).
- Use selling tools and digital store technology to execute omni-channel sales, access fleetwide inventory and close transactions.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to connect with clients and drive intentional store and remote traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
- Demonstrable styling and fashion retail knowledge with authority in beauty product categories.
- Comfortable and experienced selling using digital tools and mobile/omnichannel technology.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set, track and achieve individual sales goals.
- Flexible availability to meet a retail schedule, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
