Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in‑store and via digital channels.
- Provide authoritative product and brand knowledge for Parfums De Marly and related beauty assortments; deliver expert styling and fragrance consultations.
- Leverage digital store technology, clienteling tools, omni‑channel inventory and social media to drive outreach, conversion and wardrobing.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow an individual client book.
- Adapt presentation and selling approach depending on whether the client interaction is remote or in‑person.
- Collaborate with the sales team to foster a positive work environment and support store sales strategies; report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated experience in fashion or beauty retail with commission sales responsibilities.
- Proven ability selling to clients using digital tools and social media for outreach.
- Strong styling sensibility and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion and fragrance trends.
- Motivated, goal‑oriented with a flexible schedule to support store hours and client needs.

Experience
Proven background in luxury or specialty retail sales, including commission-based performance and demonstrated use of digital/clienteling tools to acquire and service clients.
