Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service throughout the sales process, from approach and consultation to application, closing and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales goals; drive revenues for the Chanel counter through proactive selling and conversions.
- Conduct professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications; manage pre-booked facial and promotional events.
- Use the store's online clienteling system to record client preferences, schedule appointments and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Maintain counter merchandising and visual standards; ensure a clean, tidy and welcoming selling environment.
- Act as the brand ambassador and liaison to assigned Account Executives and vendor partners, representing brand standards and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven experience with professional make-up application and facial/treatment consultations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using online clienteling tools and proprietary retail software.
- Strong organizational skills, sound business judgment and a client-first mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or prestige beauty, with documented success in individual sales performance and quota attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal cosmetology or beauty certifications are advantageous but not required.
