Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service following Neiman Marcus selling principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line (La Prairie) and event sales targets, and contribute to department daily and monthly goals.
- Conduct professional skincare and makeup consultations, demonstrations and in‑store facial treatments; proficiently close retail sales.
- Build and maintain client relationships using Neiman Marcus’ clienteling tools to record preferences and drive repeat business.
- Represent the brand and liaise professionally with designated Account Executives; support pre‑booked facial consultation events and in‑house training.
- Maintain immaculate counter presentation and merchandising to Neiman Marcus standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer‑facing beauty environment.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional make‑up application and treatment consultations.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and willingness to adopt proprietary Neiman Marcus systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, sound business judgment and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
