Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental daily and monthly sales objectives
- Maintain exceptional customer service by developing strong customer relationships and positioning oneself as a trusted brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences for personalized business development
- Provide comprehensive beauty consultations, from initial customer approach through makeup application, skincare recommendations, and transaction completion with follow-up engagement
- Establish and maintain professional liaison relationships with designated Account Executives and brand vendors
- Ensure counter standards are met by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Facilitate in-house training programs and manage pre-booked facial consultation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Previously demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Professional expertise in makeup and skincare treatment consultation and application
- Proficiency with clienteling tools and proprietary retail software systems
- Strong organizational ability and sound business judgment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and building client relationships. Experience in the cosmetics or luxury beauty sector is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetics certification or specialized beauty training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 20.90 per hour.
