Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus customer service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all client interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, vendor line sales targets, and department daily/monthly revenue objectives
- Develop and nurture client relationships through expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations, including professional make-up application and skincare advice
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling platform to record, organize, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personalized sales and repeat business
- Maintain counter appearance and merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized selling environment
- Coordinate with assigned Account Executives and vendor partners to represent Neiman Marcus brand standards and support line performance
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to expand client base and drive category sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from customer approach and product application through transaction completion and post-sale follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury beauty
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Professional proficiency in makeup application, skincare consultation, and beauty treatment application
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize proprietary online clienteling tools and point-of-sale software
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience

Education
