Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus brand principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to create exceptional customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as the brand expert and department representative
- Drive individual and vendor line sales targets, event sales goals, and department daily and monthly sales performance
- Utilize Neiman Marcus' proprietary clienteling system to record client information, preferences, and purchase history
- Provide professional makeup application, skincare analysis, and beauty consultations to customers
- Maintain counter presentation standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling environment
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Work collaboratively with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and cross-functional team members to achieve departmental objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing retail transactions effectively
- Professional expertise in makeup application and treatment consultation
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and retail software systems
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets. Prior experience in a cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail setting is strongly preferred.
