Role & Responsibilities
- Model exceptional customer service standards by greeting, relating, exceeding, attending and thanking clients throughout the sales interaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line and event sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Provide bespoke make-up and treatment consultations — from approach and application to closing the sale and post-service clienteling.
- Operate and maintain client records using the store’s online clienteling tools to drive repeat business and personalized outreach.
- Maintain counter standards and merchandising to ensure a clean, inviting and on-brand selling environment.
- Partner with vendor account executives to represent brand lines and coordinate in-store activations and pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Participate in in-house training programs to deepen product knowledge and enhance selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving vendor-line revenue.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional make-up application and treatment consultation.
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary retail software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Capacity to work independently to develop a personal client book while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in cosmetics or beauty and who can demonstrate consistent quota attainment and event-driven selling success.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics or related certification preferred.
