Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations from approach through application to closing and follow-up, positioning oneself as the brand expert on the counter.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event and departmental sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Utilise the retailer’s online clienteling tools to record client data, preferences and follow-ups to cultivate repeat business.
- Plan and execute pre-booked facial and makeup consultation events, supporting vendor activations and in-store promotions.
- Maintain a professionally merchandised, clean and welcoming counter that reflects brand standards and supports conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or a customer-focused beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering measurable results.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional makeup application and treatment consultation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working independently to drive individual business.
- Strong organisational ability, initiative, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or prestige beauty; demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing individual sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certification preferred.
