Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized consultations and exceptional customer service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients on skincare, beauty products and wardrobe coordination (wardrobing).
- Leverage selling tools and digital store technology — including omni-channel inventory access — to source product, complete transactions and drive conversions.
- Conduct proactive outreach using digital platforms and social media to generate appointments, guide traffic and expand the client book.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic business planning and disciplined follow-up.
- Create a collaborative, positive work environment with peers and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven success in commission-based retail sales or beauty sales roles.
- Demonstrable experience using digital selling tools and omni-channel platforms to engage clients remotely.
- Background in styling, fashion or beauty retail with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to plan and execute outreach to grow personal business.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours and peak periods.
- Preferred: state esthetician license or formal spa/esthetic certification for roles involving facial or treatment services.
