Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised service and expert styling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge to advise on makeup, skincare and beauty trends.
- Use digital clienteling and in‑store technology to engage remote and in‑person clients and to access omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic selling.
- Develop and execute a personal selling plan to grow productivity, including targeted outreach and wardrobe curation.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to drive client traffic and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve personal sales goals.
- Experience selling on commission with a demonstrable track record in beauty or fashion retail.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
