Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and via digital/remote channels.
- Deliver expert skincare and beauty advice with authoritative product and brand knowledge, specifically representing premium maisons.
- Use digital store technology, omni‑channel tools and fleetwide inventory to locate product, execute sales and complete orders.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through intentional outreach and business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients and drive purposeful traffic and appointments.
- Adapt presentation and styling strategies depending on whether clients are in-person or remote.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and report to the Sales Manager on performance and client activity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling on commission and working in a retail or luxury beauty/fashion environment.
- Comfortable using technology for outreach and sales (digital tools, social media, remote selling).
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.

Experience
Experience in retail, luxury beauty or fashion sales is required; prior commission-selling experience and familiarity with digital/remote selling tools are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
