Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling and develop lasting relationships through personalised styling and service.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge to advise clients on fashion and beauty trends, both in-person and digitally.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and store technology to engage clients, manage outreach and drive omni-channel sales.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and execute wardrobe recommendations (wardrobing).
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and productivity planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, service-driven work environment and to guide intentional traffic to the counter.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling via digital tools and comfort using in-store technology for outreach and transactions.
- Background in styling, beauty or fashion retail; prior commission-based selling experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.

Previous retail or beauty sales experience is preferred, with demonstrated success in commission-driven environments and familiarity with digital outreach and omni-channel clienteling.
