Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals while managing event sales
- Establish and develop excellent customer relationships by serving as a brand expert and cosmetics department representative
- Utilize the online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences, driving personal business development
- Execute professional makeup and skincare consultations and applications for clients
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling environment
- Serve as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executives
- Manage the complete customer journey from initial approach through application, sale closure, and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in makeup and skincare consultation and application techniques
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary Neiman Marcus software
- Strong organizational and business judgment capabilities
