Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver product expertise and brand storytelling for La Prairie and other luxury beauty lines to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Use digital store technology, selling tools and omni-channel inventory to service clients both in-store and remotely.
- Employ wardrobing and targeted outreach strategies to increase individual sales productivity and client lifetime value.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate intentional traffic and engage client networks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive retail environment and support store initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals, with experience in commission-based retail selling.
- Practical experience selling to clients using digital tools and omni-channel processes.
- Background in styling, fashion or beauty retail with strong product and brand knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
