Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver exceptional in-store and digital customer service using omnichannel tools, wardrobing techniques and social media to drive traffic and conversion.
- Meet and exceed individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic planning of personal business.
- Utilise store selling tools, fleetwide inventory and digital technologies to present product and close sales for both remote and in-person clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment and partner with the sales team to support store initiatives and seasonal activations.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
- Demonstrated experience using digital selling tools and omnichannel workflows to engage clients.
- Strong styling sensibility and brand/product knowledge within beauty or fashion categories.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.
