Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, boutique-calibre customer service from approach through consultation, application and closing the sale.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line and event sales goals while supporting departmental daily and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using the Neiman Marcus clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool.
- Support pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programmes to drive bookings and repeat business.
- Maintain a professionally merchandised, clean and welcoming counter that reflects brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor Account Executives to optimise product assortments and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of sales success and meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional make-up application and facial treatment consultation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning and using proprietary clienteling and sales tools; sound business judgement and organisational ability.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on retail cosmetics or beauty sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; prior experience running consultation events or vendor-driven promotions is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification or related training preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 17.10 per hour.
