Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, styling and personalized engagement.
- Serve clients both in-store and remotely, adapting presentation and product selection for in-person and digital experiences.
- Leverage digital store technology, remote selling tools and omni-channel inventory to drive conversion and sales.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Use social media and digital channels to generate client traffic and strengthen clienteling efforts.
- Demonstrate expert brand, product and skincare knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.

Qualifications
