Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through elevated service, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Drive sales and meet personal conversion, wardrobing and sales goals through in‑store and remote selling.
- Utilize digital selling tools, social media and the store’s omni‑channel inventory to identify opportunities and complete transactions.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge for Dior beauty assortments and advise clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Adapt presentation and service approach for remote clients versus in‑person consultations, leveraging wardrobing when appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment and support store‑level initiatives and merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or cosmetics selling experience with demonstrated success in commission sales.
- Strong styling and product knowledge within fashion or beauty categories; ability to advise confidently on trends and application.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, social media outreach and omni‑channel workflows.
- Motivated, target‑driven and self‑directed with good organizational skills to manage a personal client book.
- High school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to perform this role onsite at the specified store location and report to the Sales Manager.

Retail or beauty sales experience with a track record of commission‑driven performance; familiarity with digital outreach and selling to remote clients is required.
Education
