Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative beauty experiences from approach to application to sale, modelling Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event and departmental sales targets through proactive selling and follow‑up.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using Neiman Marcus’s clienteling tools to record preferences, schedule consultations and drive repeat business.
- Support in‑house training, pre‑booked facial consultation events and vendor promotions; act as department brand expert and liaison with assigned Account Executive.
- Maintain counter standards and merchandising to ensure a clean, inviting and properly stocked selling environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer‑facing beauty environment.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning and using proprietary online clienteling tools and Neiman Marcus software.
- Demonstrated professional make‑up application and treatment consultation skills; strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.

At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics or beauty counter environment, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and running consultation‑led services.
Education
