The onsite, full-time role reports to the Sales Manager and offers $17.00–$25.30 per hour, with pay varying by location, experience and other job-related factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling; discuss fashion and trends authoritatively in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate styling and brand expertise, using technology and wardrobing to improve sales.
- Present products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel and fleetwide inventory, to drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
- Develop an individual business strategy to increase productivity through wardrobing, effective outreach and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
