Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client‑centric selling and styling consultations for La Mer skincare and related beauty product lines.
- Build and cultivate long‑term client relationships through in‑store and remote outreach, becoming a trusted style and skincare confidant.
- Use digital store technology, omni‑channel inventory and selling tools to locate product and close sales across channels.
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion and wardrobing goals; strategize individual business development to increase productivity.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients and drive intentional traffic to the store and online.

Qualifications
