Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus core principles including greeting, relating to, exceeding expectations for, attending to, and thanking customers
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly sales objectives
- Maintain elevated customer service standards by developing strong customer relationships in the capacity of brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling platform to record and maintain client information and preferences for business development
- Conduct professional makeup and skincare consultation and application services
- Maintain counter standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation of the selling area
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executive, upholding a positive brand image
- Execute exceptional customer experiences from initial approach through product application, transaction completion, and post-sale follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance with history of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software systems proprietary to Neiman Marcus
- Professional expertise in makeup and skincare consultation and application techniques
