Neiman Marcus in Orlando seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver luxury cosmetics consultations, drive sales, and manage client relationships. Onsite, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized customer service from initial approach through application, closing and follow-up, modelling Neiman Marcus service principles.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event and department sales goals through proactive selling and client development.
- Conduct professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications; manage pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Use Neiman Marcus’s online clienteling resource to record, maintain and act on client preferences to drive repeat business.
- Maintain counter merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, inviting selling environment.
- Develop and sustain constructive relationships with brand Account Executives and vendor partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior cosmetics or beauty counter experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional makeup application and beauty/treatment consultations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while independently managing a personal book of business.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sound business judgment.
- Ability to learn and proficiently use proprietary clienteling tools and online sales resources.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably within a customer-focused cosmetics environment, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or related certification preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
