Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and retain relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised engagement and exceptional service both in-store and via digital channels.
- Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge for Creed and related beauty assortments; provide styling and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Utilise digital store technology, clienteling tools, omni‑channel workflows and fleetwide inventory to source product and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; participate in strategic outreach to grow individual productivity.

Qualifications
