- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional customer service, becoming a trusted style and beauty confidante
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling guidance, leveraging technology and wardrobing strategies to enhance sales
- Differentiate client engagement based on in-person versus remote interactions, utilizing digital tools and omni-channel inventory systems
