Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service, proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Deliver expert product and brand guidance across beauty categories, tailoring recommendations for in-store and remote clients.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and technology-enabled selling.
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory to identify, reserve and close sales.
- Drive traffic and engagement using digital tools and social media; adapt presentation and selling approach for remote vs. in-person clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative, client-centric store environment and support team initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and meet personal sales goals; experience in commission-based selling preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in fashion, beauty or retail styling with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable using technology for outreach and sales (digital tools, social media, omni-channel inventory).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and client appointments.
