Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service following Neiman Marcus principles: greet, relate, exceed, attend and thank.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through proactive selling and follow‑up.
- Conduct professional facial consultations, make‑up application and treatment demonstrations to drive retail sales.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using the Neiman Marcus clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, inviting and properly stocked selling environment.
- Collaborate with vendor Account Executives to represent product lines and support in‑store activations and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience; cosmetics or customer‑facing beauty environment preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and the ability to learn proprietary CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail and sound business judgment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while also driving independent sales activity.
- Demonstrated competency in professional make‑up application and facial/treatment consultations.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty; documented success in individual sales and exceeding targets is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry certification preferred.
