Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand‑appropriate customer service from approach through application, closing and follow‑up to build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client outreach.
- Conduct professional make‑up applications and skincare consultations tailored to La Prairie products and client needs.
- Utilize the retailer’s clienteling system to record client preferences, schedule appointments and drive repeat business.
- Support pre‑booked facial consultation events and in‑house training initiatives to grow personal and counter performance.
- Maintain high counter standards: merchandising, cleanliness, product presentation and inventory awareness.
- Act as a positive liaison with brand Account Executives and other store teams to support brand initiatives and joint objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty counter environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to conduct professional make‑up application and skincare treatment consultations.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and willingness to learn proprietary systems.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and sound business judgment.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty; prior success in quota‑driven selling and counter or brand representation is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics or related certification preferred.
