Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through the Saks retail principles (greet, relate, exceed, attend, thank) and act as the brand expert at the La Mer counter.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets.
- Conduct professional make-up and skincare consultations and applications, including pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Build and maintain a personal client book using Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling systems and online clienteling resource tools to drive repeat business.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, inviting selling environment.
- Collaborate with vendor Account Executives and internal teams to support product launches, trainings, and promotional activities.
- Close retail sales proficiently and follow up with clients to cultivate long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or luxury beauty environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to perform professional make-up and treatment consultations and application.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while independently driving personal sales.
- Proficiency or aptitude to learn and use Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling systems and online clienteling resource tools.
