Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-led customer experiences from approach through application, sale closure and follow-up in accordance with Neiman Marcus principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Drive individual and vendor line sales goals, including event and department targets, with a particular focus on Jo Malone fragrance and related beauty lines.
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultation events and in-store appointments, providing professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
- Maintain and merchandise the counter to Neiman Marcus standards, ensuring a clean, organised and inviting selling area.
- Use Neiman Marcus online clienteling resources to build, record and maintain client profiles and preferences to proactively grow business.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager, vendor Account Executives and store colleagues to maximise sales and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and individual targets.
- Professional competence in make-up application and facial treatment consultation.
- Strong organisational skills, sound business judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision and to work independently to drive business.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics or beauty environment; demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup artistry certification is a plus.
