Neiman Marcus seeks a Beauty Advisor (Jo Malone) in Beverly Hills, CA to deliver luxury cosmetics consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch service at the Jo Malone counter from approach through application, sale closure and post‑service follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales targets; proactively drive appointments and pre‑booked facial consultation events.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative, recording client preferences and history using the retailer’s clienteling tools.
- Maintain counter standards and visual merchandising for a clean, inviting and fully merchandised selling area.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and Account Executives to execute promotions, trainings and vendor initiatives.
- Represent the brand professionally as a liaison with vendor partners and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or prestige beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving personal business.
- Demonstrable ability to perform professional make‑up consultation, treatments and application.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency or the ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and proprietary clienteling systems.
- Strong organizational skills, sound business judgment and attention to detail.

Experience
At least one year of customer‑facing retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or prestige beauty, with documented success against sales targets and experience running consultations and makeup applications.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 23 per hour.
