- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service delivery, and personal engagement to serve as a trusted beauty confidante
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling capabilities across skincare, cosmetics, and beauty categories, both in-person and through digital channels
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach
