Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised service and proactive outreach.
- Provide expert styling and brand advice in person and via digital channels; act as a trusted style confidante for clients.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to convert leads and close sales.
- Develop and execute a personal business strategy to meet sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
- Use social media and digital tools to drive client engagement and intentional store traffic.
- Adapt presentation and merchandising of product to suit in-store and remote client interactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission or retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail experience with the ability to advise clients on product and trends.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and store technology for outreach and omni‑channel sales.
- Self-motivated with a track record of setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability to support retail hours; role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience required, with demonstrated success in commission-based roles. Experience selling via digital channels and using social media to engage clients is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
