Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and personalised service, becoming a trusted style confidante for fragrance and beauty clients.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to present and sell fragrance and beauty assortments in-store and remotely.
- Use digital selling tools, remote selling techniques and in-store technology to identify inventory, convert leads, and execute omni‑channel sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals through proactive outreach and strategic personal business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital channels to engage clients, drive intentional traffic and extend the client experience beyond the store.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven success in commission-based sales, preferably within beauty, fragrance or fashion retail.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion or beauty retail experience with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and technology for remote and in-person client engagements.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and peak selling periods.

Experience
Experience selling on commission in a fashion, beauty or luxury retail environment is required, with proven ability to meet personal sales targets and convert client interactions into transactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 17.10 per hour.
