Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Build individual and vendor-line sales, establish and maintain customer relationships, and open new Neiman Marcus accounts.
- Work effectively with team members while adhering consistently to company standards and procedures.
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Maintain a properly merchandised counter and proficiently close retail sales.
- Use Neiman Marcus's clienteling system to drive personal business and create sales success.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, using technology and wardrobing to improve sales.
- Showcase products appropriately for in-person and remote clients.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology, omnichannel capabilities, and fleetwide inventory to sell.

Qualifications
