Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised, concierge-level service both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Demonstrate expert brand and product knowledge for Dr. Sturm and other beauty offerings, providing high-touch styling and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize individual business plans to grow productivity.
- Utilize digital store technology, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory, and clienteling tools to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Deploy social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and strengthen client engagement.
- Adapt presentation and selling approach depending on whether the client interaction is in-person or remote.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for achieving sales goals and working in commission-driven environments.
- Experience selling with digital tools and familiarity with remote/omni-channel selling strategies.
- Background in styling, fashion or beauty retail preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule to support store hours, events and client appointments.
Skills
Experience
Previous client-facing retail experience in fashion or beauty and experience in commission-based selling are preferred; demonstrable familiarity with digital selling and clienteling tools is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 25.30 per hour.
