Neiman Marcus is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Denver, CO — onsite role focused on luxury clienteling, styling and omnichannel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and via digital channels.
- Demonstrate authoritative styling and product knowledge to advise clients on beauty and fashion trends.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel capabilities to drive outreach, appointment-setting and conversions.
- Utilize fleetwide inventory and in-store technology to locate merchandise and complete sales across channels.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage individual business strategy to increase productivity.
- Create a collaborative, positive work environment and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, ideally within beauty or fashion.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital sales platforms and social media for client outreach and remote selling.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and fluctuating retail schedules.

Education
